The 4^th Executive Committee meeting was held on 19 May 2025 at BWHC’s Conference room and virtually through Zoom platform at 11:00 am. Ms. Jahanara Sadeque, the Chairperson of BWHC chaired the meeting. All the members of the Executive Committee except Ms. Rayhana Begum attended the meeting on time. Along with the Vice-Chairperson Mr. Kazi Ali Reza, the Treasurer Ms. Qumrun Nahar (physically joined) and the other members i.e. Prof. Dr. Rowshan Ara Begum, Ms. Munima Sultana and Ms. Maleka Begum joined the meeting virtually. Mr. Sharif Mostafa Helal, the Executive Director & Member Secretary of EC also participated the meeting and updated the board on BWHC’s programs and activities. The main agendas of this meeting were:

01. Condolence to Ms. Rahana Banoo, General Member, BWHC Society

02. Approval of last EC meeting minutes;

03. Updates on decisions of last EC meeting;

04. Updates on existing programs and activities;

05. Final settlement of Dr. Julia, Ex-DED, BWHC

After thorough agenda-wise discussion, the board gave a few important suggestions and decisions which included discontinuation of SAAF Project Staffs (as SAAF project will end on 30 June 2025), Payment of Dr. Julia, Ex-DED, BWHC. Regarding the Eid Holidays, it has been decided that the Head Office would follow the government circular but the centers would keep open as BWHC is a ‘Service Provider’ organization.

A tentative date of next EC meeting has been scheduled in the 2^nd week of July 2025.
