The 6^th Executive Committee meeting was held on 15 October (Wednesday) 2025 at BWHC’s Conference room at 11:00 am. Ms. Jahanara Sadeque, the Chairperson of BWHC chaired the meeting. All the members of the Executive Committee except Prof. Dr. Rowshan Ara Begum attended the meeting on time. Along with the Vice-Chairperson Mr. Kazi Ali Reza, the Treasurer Ms. Qumrun Nahar and the other members i.e. Ms. Rayhana Begum, Ms. Munima Sultana and Ms. Maleka Begum joined the meeting. Mr. Sharif Mostafa Helal, the Executive Director & Member Secretary of EC also participated the meeting and updated the board on BWHC’s programs and activities. The main agenda/s of this meeting were:

02. Updates on decisions of last EC meeting;

03. Updates on existing programs and activities;

04. Present Funding Situation and Future Plan

Starting of the meeting, the Executive Director informed the meeting Dr. Tofail Ahmed (71) passed away on 08/10/2025 who was a general member of BWHC Society from 2017 – 2023. The

meeting paid homages to the departed soul of Dr. Tofail Ahmed and performed ‘one-minute’ silence in his honor.

After thorough agenda-wise discussion, the board gave a few important suggestions and decisions which included the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 on 20 December 2025. The meeting instructed the Management for taking all necessary steps for organizing the AGM 2025 to a success.
